About Us
We were incorporated as a limited liability company in 2018. Our Okpokwu mines is located at Okpokwu. Our founder/CEO has well over a decade experience in heading a mining company starting in 2009 with BMM Mines Ltd, mining iron ore at Mada station in Nasarawa state for companies that were in pipe coating in the Nigerian Niger Delta region.
His last place of engagement was Rock Bottom Mines & Power Ltd, a company he founded with Chinese partners in 2016, and its coal mine in Olokwu, Kogi state. He built up the company as MD to become among the top two coal mining company in Nigeria. Together with the team of mining engineers, geologist, metallurgist, we have over five decades of experience in mining.
In 2019, we foraged in Zambia to found Adelphi Mineral Cooperation along with other international investors and are in a joint venture in Mansa with Geophysics Exploration Company to mine high-grade Manganese ore, copper and cobalt.

Our operational focus is to explore, develop and set up mining projects to a profitable operation by the year 2022. We aim to apply modern mining techniques and equipment in the mining process to achieve maximum production capacity.
